1 Loren L. Leiser appeals from a post-conviction order summarily denying his motion for a new trial, and from an order summarily denying his consequent motion for reconsideration. We conclude that an evidentiary hearing is unnecessary to confirm that Leisers proffered evidence is not newly-discovered, and that his remaining claims not involving alleged newly-discovered evidence are procedurally barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 185-86, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). Therefore, we affirm.
